This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. In December of 2011 we ordered cabinets to be installed completely by February 2012. The company sent us faulty cabinets several times. The rep. made appointments to come out and never came. They did not send all the cabinets. The owner Larry has not returned phone calls. Our paid contractor didn't even get to finish a job we had to pay him in full on.
It is now September of 2012 we still have incomplete cabinets. To make things even worse, this was also done to our mother in-law home as well. She ordered her cabinets a month after us. We were told that they would negotiate a refund but instead push us off to another cabinet company to hopefully in the future install the rest of both our kitchens. They (Larry) didn't pay the cabinet manufacturer in full, instead negotiated a deal with the cabinet manufacturer to not pay them in full and refunded us NOTHING.

One of the best things to have in mind when starting a remodel is the supplier. I cannot stress how much time I spent looking for just the right thing, for every room at the right price. I would never ever refer this company to anyone.
